Intense ruby red in colour with soft claret reflections. Aromas of red fruit (red cherry and dried fig) and spices (black pepper) on a fragrant balsamic background (eucalyptus). Reminiscent of dill, cedar, vanilla, and toffee caramel. Smooth entry with ripe tannins and medium body. It delights us with a long, persistent finish.
