TERRE VERDIANE 1813 MALVASIA DOLCE

The Terre Verdiane 1813 Malvasia Dolce is a sweet, semi-sparkling white wine produced by Cantine Ceci in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is crafted from the aromatic Malvasia di Candia grape using the Charmat method. This wine is known for its 8.5% alcohol content and a rich sweetness balanced by freshness, with 55g/L of residual sugar.

In appearance, it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a light perlage. On the nose, it offers complex aromas of ripe yellow fruits like pineapple and dried apricots, with hints of honey and subtle minerality. The palate is smooth and warm, with dried fruit notes, making it an excellent pairing for desserts such as cakes and pastries, or even aged cheeses and spicy seafood dishes
